Ordering and Payment
as well as money orders and checks.
In order to avoid refunds and credit slips, please do not
send payment with your order. E-mail,
fax, or write first to reserve, and feel free to list alternatives (in case
I’m out of something you request) and I’ll use these only if necessary.
After receiving your order, I will promptly send you a
notice detailing what I have set aside for you, along with the total, including
postage (unless you specify that you want your package sent by first class mail,
I will assume that you want it sent by book rate/media mail), and the date by
which I must receive payment. By
the way, even if you order by fax, I will still notify you by letter, not
by fax; e-mailed orders will be
responded to by e-mail. If your
order is $125 or more, book rate shipping is free.
Payment may be made by credit card ($15 minimum order), personal check,
or money order. Please make all
checks and money orders payable to Aeon Music.
For credit card payments, please provide: 1) your card number, 2) your
name as it appears on the card, 3) the card’s expiration date, 4) your billing
address, 5) your home telephone number, and 6) your signature (if ordering by
mail or by fax).

mail. If you don’t specify, I will assume that you want it
sent by air mail and will charge you accordingly!
If you want me to declare a low value for your package, let me know the
amount you want me to declare, but keep in mind that if by some small chance
your records should get lost in the mail, you’ll only get back the amount that
was claimed. If you want a lower
amount declared, you must let me know this every
time you place an order. Also,
feel free to list alternatives (in case I’m out of something you request) and
I’ll use these only if necessary.

in U.S. dollars. Please make all
